Refunds and Returns

Refunds / Returns: 

Call 1-800-937-9424 for a return authorization form. You or your community will be responsible for freight charges (since freight is not returnable) both ways (to you and back to us). We will pay for and e-mail you a UPS call tag label.  Simply print, attach label to the sealed return package and hand it to your UPS driver next time they come by.   Obviously we can only credit you for unused, resalable product.

Food products are not returnable after 30 days.

You may order a sample (see below) to see gifts prior to ordering case lots.


We encourage you to purchase a sample of the gifts you are interested in.  A maximum of five samples per request, please. We will even pay the freight on your first sample request.
